None

No severity ratings or metrics are available. When they are, we'll update the corresponding info on the page.
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A flaw exists in the Linux kernel related to RCU protection within the md wakeup thread function. An attempt was made to use Read-Copy-Update (RCU) to protect a pointer, thread, but the pointer's value was directly passed to md wakeup thread() before acquiring an RCU read lock. This bypasses the intended RCU protection, potentially leading to a use-after-free condition.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
