Description A flaw exists in the Linux kernel's media subsystem, specifically within the camss component, related to the handling of received buffers when streaming fails to start. If media pipeline start() fails, for example due to link validation issues, the received buffers are not properly returned, leading to a kernel warning. The issue occurs within the video start streaming() function of camss. This can result in a warning message similar to 'vb2 start streaming+0xec/0x160'.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
