Description A memory leak issue was identified and resolved in the x86/xen component of the Linux kernel within the xen init lock cpu() function. Specifically, if the bind ipi to irqhandler() function fails after allocating a new string using kasprintf(), the allocated memory is not freed, leading to a memory leak. The variable @name is involved in this memory allocation process.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
