Description
The Linux kernel contains a flaw within the KVM component related to the s390 virtualization platform. Specifically, an incorrect index value can be assigned to a replaced ASCE (Address Space Control Element). This incorrect index may lead to inaccurate addresses being used during page table invalidation notifications, potentially resulting in a virtual machine crash if a prefix is unmapped and the notifier is called with the wrong address.
