None

No severity ratings or metrics are available. When they are, we'll update the corresponding info on the page.
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The Linux kernel contains a memory leak in the stm32-pwr regulator driver. Specifically, the of iomap() function in stm32 pwr regulator probe() does not release allocated memory when devm kzalloc() or devm regulator register() fails, leading to a potential resource leak. The issue is addressed by replacing of iomap() with devm platform ioremap resource(), which automatically releases the memory regardless of function success or failure. Additionally, the code was updated to use IS ERR(base) instead of !base to correctly handle potential errors returned by devm platform ioremap resource().
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
