VectorAV:L/AC:L/Au:S/C:N/I:N/A:C
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A flaw exists in the Linux kernel related to the handling of peer group IDs within the filesystem namespace lock. Specifically, during cleanup of peer group IDs in failure scenarios, the namespace lock is not consistently held. This can lead to a race condition where another thread might concurrently change a mount from shared to non-shared.
