Description
A flaw was identified in the Linux kernel related to the reversion of a fix for incorrect release of isert connection. Specifically, commit 699826f4e30a, intended to address an issue in OPA during DEVICE REMOVAL, introduced a regression. This issue can lead to problems when a device is removed. The root cause appears to be related to the
ib cq pool cleanup function. The issue manifests as a kernel panic during device removal.Recommendations
