Description A reference count leak exists in the AMBA bus driver within the Linux kernel. The issue stems from an increase in the reference count of an of node during device creation from a device tree, but a failure to release this reference count in the amba device release function. This leads to a memory leak. The fix involves using of node put to properly release the reference count.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
