Description
The issue allows a local attacker to cause the common permission to be upgraded to root and sensitive information to leak through a buffer overflow.
Recommendations
For OpenHarmony versions prior to 4.1.2, consider restricting access to sensitive information and limiting privileges to prevent exploitation until a patch is available.
As a temporary workaround, consider implementing additional security measures to prevent buffer overflow attacks.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
