Description:

setL2tpdConfig function of the file /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi. The manipulation of the argument enable leads to os command injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.Recommendations:
As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the
setL2tpdConfig function until a patch is available. Restrict access to the /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi file to minimize the risk of exploitation.
