CVE-2025-21697

CVSS v3.1

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description: The issue concerns the Linux kernel, specifically the drm/v3d component. After a job completes, the corresponding pointer in the device must be set to NULL. Failing to do so triggers a warning when unloading the driver, as it appears the job is still active. To prevent this, the job pointer should be assigned to NULL after completing the job, indicating the job has finished.
Recommendations: At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
