CVE-2024-11260

CVSS v3.1

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions The Events Manager – Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more! plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 6.6.3
Description The issue is related to time-based SQL Injection via the active status parameter due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This allows unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries, which can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 6.6.3, consider updating to a version that addresses this issue, as no specific workaround is provided for these versions. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the active status parameter in the affected SQL query until a patch is available.

Fix
