Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Indeed Ultimate Learning Pro plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.9
Description
The issue allows for time-based SQL Injection via the
post id parameter due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This enables authenticated attackers with Administrator-level access and above to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries, potentially extracting sensitive information from the database.Recommendations
For Indeed Ultimate Learning Pro plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.9, update to a version that addresses the SQL Injection issue, as the current version allows for the exploitation of sensitive database information through the
post id parameter.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.SQL injection
