Description The issue allows authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to make web requests to arbitrary locations originating from the web application via the embeddoc shortcode. This can be used to query and modify information from internal services.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 2.7.5, update to a version higher than 2.7.5 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the embeddoc shortcode to minimize the risk of exploitation.
