Description
The issue allows a user to initialize a post-genesis validator with a negative commission rate using the
--force flag. If this validator gets into the consensus set, it causes an error when computing PoS inflation inside the update rewards products and mint inflation function, due to an instance of mul floor returning an Err, which in turn causes finalize block to error.Recommendations
For apps versions prior to 1.1.0, upgrade to version 1.1.0 to resolve the issue. As a temporary measure, consider avoiding the use of the
