CVE-2025-1648

CVSS v3.1

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Yawave plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 2.9.1
Description The Yawave plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the lbid parameter due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
Recommendations For Yawave plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 2.9.1, update to a version higher than 2.9.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the lbid parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation.
