Description A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue occurs when unregistering a physical clock that has virtual clocks enabled, which can cause an oops and trigger a page fault. This can happen when unloading a driver that provides a PTP clock and has enabled virtual clocks. The error is related to the ptp vclock read function and can lead to a crash.
