Description A crash occurs when mounting ocfs2 with quota enabled due to improper initialization of dqi gqlock, dqi type, and dqi sb. The issue arises from a commit intended to prevent accessing uninitialized variables in error cases. The crash is reported with a specific call trace involving functions such as ocfs2 qinfo lock res init, ocfs2 local read info, and ocfs2 enable quotas.
