Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved, related to the handling of multiuser connections to a CIFS share. When unmounting such a share, the kernel must release the pinned down dentry for each individual user's tcon structure to avoid warnings about dentries still in use. The issue arises from the failure to properly release these dentries, leading to errors during the unmount process.
