Description The issue is related to an uninitialized value in the r871xu drv init() function. When tmpU1b returns 0 from r8712 read8(padapter, EE 9346CR), mac[6] will not be initialized. This problem is identified by KMSAN in the r871xu drv init() function.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
