Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue is related to the rtw89 driver, where hardware reports an incorrect mac id, leading to memory pollution. The problem occurs when the index is not checked before accessing an array, resulting in an out-of-bounds error. This error is identified by the UBSAN (Undefined Behavior Sanitizer) as an array-index-out-of-bounds in the rtw89/phy.c file.
