Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue occurs when the edp modeset init fails due to the panel not being ready, and the probe defers during drm bind. This can lead to a NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 0000000000000000. The call trace includes functions such as
dpu core irq uninstall(), dpu irq uninstall(), msm drm uninit(), and msm drm bind().Recommendations
