Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved, related to the validation of
TEAM OPTION TYPE STRING. The issue was reported by syzbot and involves a lack of proper validation of user-provided data, which should contain one nul byte. The vulnerability is associated with the string nocheck function in lib/vsprintf.c and the team mode option set function in drivers/net/team/team core.c.
