Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'stripe' shortcode due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
Recommendations For ThemeMakers Stripe Checkout plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.0.1, consider updating to a version that addresses the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping issue. As a temporary workaround, restrict contributor-level and above permissions to minimize the risk of exploitation.
