Description The issue affects instance admins who do not want their domain blocks to be public. In the affected versions, when the visibility for domain blocks/reasons is set to "users", users that are not yet approved can view the block reasons.

Recommendations For versions prior to 4.1.23, update to version 4.1.23 or later. For versions prior to 4.2.16, update to version 4.2.16 or later. For versions prior to 4.3.4, update to version 4.3.4 or later.
