Description
A flaw exists in the WiFi driver of Samsung Mobile Processors. Improper handling of an NL80211 vendor command can result in a buffer overflow. The vulnerability is present in the Exynos 1380, 1480, 2400, and 1580 processors. NL80211 is a networking subsystem in the Linux kernel that provides a unified interface for wireless networking drivers. A vendor command is a specific instruction sent to the WiFi driver by the system.
