Description
The Frontend User Notes plugin for WordPress contains a flaw that allows authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or higher to modify notes that do not belong to them. This is due to a lack of validation on a user-controlled key within the
funp ajax modify notes API endpoint. The issue is an Insecure Direct Object Reference.Recommendations
Update the Frontend User Notes plugin to a version later than 2.1.0.
