Description The Image Hotspot by DevVN plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This is due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping within the hotspot content custom field meta. Authenticated attackers with author-level access or higher can inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. These scripts will then execute when a user accesses the compromised page.

Recommendations Update the Image Hotspot by DevVN plugin to a version newer than 1.2.9.
