Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
(affected versions not specified)
Description
A flaw in how network packets are handled could let an authorized attacker create a harmful Wi-Fi frame. This frame could trick an Access Point (AP) into treating it as group traffic and re-encrypting it with the Group Temporal Key (GTK) linked to the victim’s network identifier (BSSID). If successful, this could allow traffic injection without needing the GTK and, combined with a port-stealing method, could enable an attacker to redirect intercepted traffic, potentially leading to machine-in-the-middle (MitM) attacks that span different network identifiers.
Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
