Description
A flaw exists in Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software that may allow a remote attacker to bypass access controls and reach devices in protected networks. This issue stems from improper error handling when a device runs out of memory during access control rule replication while joining a cluster. An attacker could exploit this by sending traffic that should be blocked through the device.
