Description Insecure file permissions allow low-privilege users to escalate privileges by replacing the 'MemuService.exe' executable. An attacker can rename and overwrite 'MemuService.exe' in the installation directory with a malicious executable, which then runs with system-level privileges upon service restart following a system reboot.
