Description A flaw exists in the web-based management interface of Cisco IMC that could allow a remote attacker with admin-level privileges to inject commands and execute arbitrary code as the root user. This is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this by sending crafted commands to the web-based management interface. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary command execution on the operating system with root privileges.
