Description
A compiler-induced timing side channel exists in RSA and CBC/ECB decryption. This issue occurs specifically when using the select-optimize feature of the LLVM compiler. A timing side channel is a vulnerability where the time taken to execute certain operations varies based on the input data, potentially allowing an attacker to infer sensitive information.
Recommendations
Update Mbed TLS to a version later than 4.0.0.
Update TF-PSA-Crypto to a version later than 1.0.0.
