Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel versions prior to 6.17.7-B2C-00005-g9c7bbe4ea16c
Description
The Linux kernel contained a flaw in the drm/imagination subsystem related to interrupt handling during GPU suspension. The runtime power management suspend callback did not properly wait for in-progress interrupt handlers on other CPU cores, potentially leading to kernel crashes when accessing GPU registers during suspension. This issue could occur on platforms like the TI AM68 SK.
Recommendations
Update the Linux kernel to version 6.17.7-B2C-00005-g9c7bbe4ea16c or later.
