Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions OpenDocMan version 1.3.4
Description An SQL injection allows unauthenticated attackers to manipulate database queries by injecting SQL code. This is achieved by sending GET requests to the 'search.php' endpoint using malicious payloads in the where parameter to extract sensitive database information. SQL injection is a technique where an attacker inserts malicious SQL code into a query, allowing them to view data they are not normally able to retrieve.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability. Avoid using the where parameter in the 'search.php' endpoint until the issue is resolved.
