Description The Page Builder: Pagelayer plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the Button widget's Custom Attributes field. This is caused by an incomplete event handler blocklist within the pagelayer xss content XSS filtering function, which does not block all event handlers. Authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher can inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which will execute when a user accesses the injected page.

Recommendations Versions prior to 2.0.9 should be updated.
