Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
HTTP Server (affected versions not specified)
Description
A memory exhaustion issue exists in the HTTP server due to the unrestricted use of the
Content-Length header. The server allocates memory based on the value provided in the Content-Length header without any upper limit. A specially crafted HTTP request with a very large Content-Length value can cause excessive memory allocation, leading to server termination, even without sending a request body.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
