Description
An issue in the Server: Partition component of Oracle MySQL allows a high privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise the server. Successful exploitation can result in a hang or frequently repeatable crash, leading to a complete denial of service (DOS), which is a state where the system becomes unavailable to legitimate users.
