Description An issue exists in the InnoDB component of MySQL Server. A high-privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols can exploit this flaw to compromise the server. Successful exploitation can lead to a complete denial of service (DOS), characterized by the ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crashes of the MySQL Server.
