CVE-2026-31550

CVSS v3.1

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The bcm2835 asb control() function employs a tight polling loop to wait for the ASB bridge to acknowledge a request. Under intensive workloads, this handshake can intermittently fail for the V3D master ASB on BCM2711, causing errors during runtime PM suspend. This failure leaves V3D in a broken state, which may lead to bus faults or system hangs during subsequent accesses.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
