Description
An issue exists in the net/mlx5 component where a failure during switchdev mode transition triggers an incorrect rollback to legacy mode. This process unregisters the uplink netdev and leaves it in an unregistered state, leading to a kernel bug. The problem is related to the failure to set the
MLX5 PRIV FLAGS SWITCH LEGACY flag during the rollback process.Recommendations
