In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

ipv6: ioam: fix potential NULL dereferences in ioam6 fill trace data()

We need to check in6 dev get() for possible NULL value, as suggested by Yiming Qian.

Also add skb dst dev rcu() instead of skb dst dev(), and two missing READ ONCE().

Note that @dev can't be NULL.
