Description A scheduling while atomic bug exists in the mlx5e ipsec init macs() function. The issue occurs because the mlx5 query mac address() function queries hardware via mlx5 cmd exec(), which can sleep. However, this process is called from the mlx5e ipsec handle event workqueue, which operates in an atomic context (a state where the system cannot be interrupted or put to sleep). This conflict leads to a system bug when the kernel attempts to schedule a task while in an atomic state.
