Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
An issue exists in the Linux kernel where the presence of a manually defined OP-TEE node in
zynqmp.dtsi interferes with the U-Boot logic. U-Boot normally automatically injects a reserved-memory node and an OP-TEE firmware node into the kernel device tree, but this process is skipped if a manual node is already defined. This failure to inject the reserved-memory node leads to memory access violations during runtime.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
