Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions AMD secure processer (ASP) (affected versions not specified)
Description Improper restriction of operations within the bounds of a memory buffer in the AMD secure processer (ASP) could allow an attacker to read or write to protected memory, potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution. This is caused by a buffer overflow, which occurs when more data is written to a memory block than it can hold, overwriting adjacent memory.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
