Description A command injection issue exists in the CGI component of the software. Authenticated users can execute arbitrary shell commands with root privileges through the '/cgi-bin/tools/ajax cmd' endpoint by manipulating the action=runcmd parameter.

Recommendations Update to a version later than 7.7. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to the '/cgi-bin/tools/ajax cmd' endpoint or avoid using the action=runcmd parameter.
