Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Cisco ThousandEyes Enterprise Agent (affected versions not specified)
Description
An issue in the BrowserBot component exists due to insufficient input validation of command arguments supplied by the user. An authenticated remote attacker with valid credentials for the ThousandEyes SaaS and the ability to manage transaction tests could exploit this by submitting crafted input into the affected parameter. This allows the execution of arbitrary commands within the BrowserBot container as the node user on behalf of the BrowserBot synthetics orchestration process.
