Description
A heap over-read exists in the extended attribute (EA) header parsing. This allows a remote authenticated attacker to obtain limited information or cause a minor service disruption by using crafted EA data. A heap over-read occurs when a program reads more data from a heap-allocated memory buffer than it should, potentially exposing sensitive information.
