Description An OS command injection issue exists in the Web Management Interface. A remote attacker can manipulate the lang argument within the setLanguageCfg() function of the '/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi' endpoint to execute arbitrary operating system commands.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to the '/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi' endpoint or the Web Management Interface to minimize the risk of exploitation.
