Description The RSS Aggregator plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This is due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the plugin’s wp-rss-aggregator shortcode. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can inject malicious web scripts into pages. These scripts will then execute when a user accesses the compromised page.

Recommendations Update the RSS Aggregator – RSS Import, News Feeds, Feed to Post, and Autoblogging plugin to a version later than 5.0.10.
